What is Boxercise

Boxercise is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. It combines boxing and exercise with great fun, and is a stress busting activity to suit everyone who wants to enjoy boxing training without getting hit. A typical class will involve working with gloves and pads with floor work for extra toning Incorporating boxing skills with great music. Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

What Is Tai Chi

Tai chi, sometimes written as t'ai chi, is a self-defence and calisthenics technique developed in China centuries ago as a maturation of several similar but separate exercises. While often referred to as a form of gentle exercise, tai chi is not just a physical activity, Tai chi is a mind-body exercise that integrates slow, gentle movements, breathing and a variety of cognitive components, including focused attention, imagery and multi-tasking.

What Is Pilates?

What is Total Body Toning?

A multi element class using LBT, Pilates with weights and Boxercise with kettlebell intervals, to really help you concentrrate on those wobbly bits, for good all over toning

 

 

What is Burlesque and Burlexercise?

Both classes use the sexy, burlesque form of dancing, The burlesque class its self will teach you the exerated bold moves whilst the burlexercise class combines them with fitness moves,

 

 

What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.The practice originated in India about 5,000 years ago and has been adapted in other countries in a variety of ways.
